It's the biggest single factor that goes towards producing the quality of food you expect at Urban.

Fresh vegetables, crisp salads, all prepared when you order. We're fussy about our produce because we know that you're fussy about your food!

We've also tried to make our food interesting. We don't want to make just ordinary sandwiches, but we also don't want to re-invent the wheel, so we've gone for an interesting menu with a continental twist, made simply from fresh.
